From Land to Sea Double Gate Fold

The simple double gate fold is such a great way to make a quick card look special!  Especially when most of the decoration is Designer Series Paper!  At the moment I'm flat out trying to finish swaps to take to On Stage Local in Sydney at the weekend, so this card really needed to be quick!

I fussy cut the rope but to speed things up, I coloured inside the knot with Dapper Denim ink

In need of a masculine card, I teamed the By The Shore DSP with images from the Seaside Shore and From Land To Sea stamp sets.

I added a Mint Macaron layer under the turtle

The turtle is quick to watercolour and I already had a mask that I'd made in the past (I always keep the masks I make in the stamp set cases - ready for the next use).

The By The Shore Designer Series Paper makes decorating a card so easy!

I placed a piece of Soft Sky cardstock inside the card but left it blank for the moment - I'll add the greeting when the time comes to send out the card.
