Is it bad that the only bleach I use in my house is in my craft room?
The previous card I showed you was a baby card with the Moon Baby stamp set, this card is for a less jolly occasion and uses the Beautiful You stamp set. The steps I took, however, were the same for both cards (as explained in the Moon Baby post).
The simple, frame-type layering of the card focuses attention on the stamped image |
I coloured her with Pink Pirouette and Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Markers
The simple bleaching technique is so rewarding! |
Thank you for your visit.
'Til next time!

Wow Stephanie, I am definitely going to give this technique a try...I love your results on this and the Moon Baby!!!! I don't like making sympathy cards but with such sadness comes the love and support of our friends and family. Our best wishes and thoughts are sometimes best given with gorgeous heartfelt cards just like this one!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your lovely comment, Kim! It's a very satisfying (and easy!) technique - just don't wear anything special while you're playing with the bleach and wash your brush well afterwards. In fact, I keep a brush just for bleach.
