For sheer elegance, it's hard to beat the Detailed Floral Thinlits (and matching suite of products!).
In search of a quick but elegant card, I decided to case one of my earlier cards and came up with this. I'm quite fond of the combination of purple and copper.
The Copper Foil adds a beautiful rich sheen |
To make the Very Vanilla mat for the banner, I placed the banner die on the cardstock and drew around the outside with a pencil. I then cut along the pencil line, which I erased when I had finished. I attached the banner with Dimensionals.
The little pink roses and Mint Macaron leaves, I created with the gorgeous Paisley Framelits dies - I've included a little tutorial at the end of this post.
The roses add a lot of dimension to the card |
